How we use information when you browse, sign in and place an order.

Your orders

We use your email, telephone number, delivery address and order details to manage your purchase and prepare delivery. Your account keeps your store credit and order history together.

Website visits

We do not use IP addresses or IP-based location in visitor reports or order notifications. We use the first page visited, referring website, campaign tags and device category to understand how visitors find our shop. Referral information is an estimate.

Hosting and security services process connection information to deliver the website and help prevent abuse. Sign-in and payment requests also have security checks.

Browser storage

Cookies and browser storage support sign-in, your basket and promotion codes. Promotion codes are remembered for up to 30 days and can be removed at checkout. We also keep first-visit information for the browser session to understand which visits lead to orders, and a temporary random identifier to avoid duplicate visit notifications. This identifier is not based on your IP address. Visit notifications do not set analytics cookies.

How information is shared

We use Telegram for visit and order notifications and Lark for private paid-order notifications. Visit notices contain the browsing details described above. Order notices contain the items, contact and delivery details needed to prepare your order; Lark also receives visit-source information. These services process and store the messages.

Keeping your information

Order records are kept for your account history and order administration. Temporary Lark order-notification data on our server is cleared after successful notification, or during later cleanup after 30 days. Messages already delivered to Telegram and Lark are not automatically deleted.

Your choices

You can clear saved basket and promotion information through your browser settings. This does not delete existing order records. For more information about your data protection rights, visit the ICO website.
